Lindsay was very helpful from day one as we tried to sell our house in a difficult market.

I have been trying to find the right words to express how strongly I recommend Lindsay Taylor for your real estate needs. Lindsay represented us both for our purchase (2018) and subsequent sale (2025) of our home sweet home in Dallas. She is patient – we weren’t familiar with the area when we first moved here and wanted to understand the options for our price point. So she drove to and fro to make sure we were able to get a good representation of the types of places we were interested in throughout the whole metroplex. She (and the team) are marvelously thorough – real estate requires completion of A-LOT of paperwork and being responsive to potential buyers. She’ll keep you on track and make sure to get a response timely. She understands the DFW real estate market – she’ll give you good advice to get the most back out of your investment. Be sure to listen and take her recommendations seriously (especially when it comes to staging and photos)! Lindsay has an excellent eye – it’s like she can envision what a buyer (the best buyer for you) wants from your place and she sets it up that way. And people, she is just a phenomenal person – she’s easy to talk to – you can tell her what you want and she listens (and gets it included in the contract for you too). So, if you want someone in your corner helping to make you a DFW homeowner – she’s it. We only wish we could bottle her up for all our future moves. 🙏 Think about it, will ya Lindsay?

Lindsay was so helpful in navigating the adventure that was finding and buying a house that fit my requirements. I definitely couldn’t have done it without her. I was very lucky that Lindsay ended up being the selling RE Agent for the house we fell in love with, given that I had elected to not utilize a RE Agent while buying a house and was naturally on guard against potentially predatory Sellers’ agents. Lindsay was not only NOT predatory, she was genuinely helpful to further the process along amicably for both sides. She let the house’s wonderful floor plan and aesthetic touches sell itself…this worked well for me.

And when it came time for writing the contract and negotiating the few repairs, she was again a partner in helping the process along to the benefit of both parties. I’d strongly recommend her as an agent for buying or selling representation, despite my choice this time around. To make the contrast clear, the reason we had made this choice of no RE Agent was BECAUSE we had experienced such Terrible support previously when buying a home. And even this time around, we had negotiated a deal with a ‘United Real Estate’ agent for a house we were initially interested in who texted us back that our offer was accepted by the sellers, but then reneged on the deal claiming they had a better offer (a few days later)!!!

Lindsay was shocked by this. She is the antithesis of that sort of scummy, bottom-feeding agent and agencies that should have their licenses stripped as they give the industry a bad name. Perhaps I’m a bit vindictive, but I’m very happy to say that that earlier house (1217 Morrow) is still not sold! 🔥🤣🔥

One of the best things that happened to us during the process of making the decision to sell our house was to meet with Lindsay Taylor.

We spoke on the phone before she came to meet us in person and talked through a few things. Before our first meeting, she came by and dropped off a container full of ideas about moving and getting ready to sell our house and even included labels for packing boxes. I knew then that Lindsay took her job very seriously and her marketing tools were beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Even her yard sign is impeccable.

We met, we walked through everything and we said YES to Lindsay immediately.

Before her starting on this journey with us, I had another company come in and help me to declutter the house, move things around, do some minor repairs etc. , so when Lindsay started, she took what they had done to whole other level. We found out that Lindsay would have done all of this as well.

She spent two days – I MEAN TWO WHOLE days, staging our home with her own things and using our things together. She took our beautiful home and made it a luxury home. This is something she does for every client. This is a no cost bonus she does.

What stood out for us about Lindsay is that she completely understands that once you make a decision to use a realtor, the expectation should be – (I’m not trying to sound like a Princess in anyway)…….okay what are “you” going to do that is beyond what another realtor is going to do make my house sellable. Any realtor can market a house – but to get it to that point, I believe that the realtor needs to say -I’m going to sell this house and this is exactly how I’m going to sell it! And WOW did she ever!

Her work ethic is beyond measure. She completely understands that she is being given a gift to sell your home and she is going to earn your respect and work her tail off for you. Her actions are louder than her words!

Through out the entire process, Lindsay made us feel like we were her only clients. Her work life balance is very important to her but she always made time for us when we had questions, etc.

We are honored that we got to work with Lindsay and she delivered every promise she made to us. We sold out house SO fast! What she did to transform the house – was incredibly impressive and every person that came through for showings or open houses – said the same thing. The feed back was so positive. Our house stood out on the MLS sites.
